THE HOUSE IS OURS!
Settlement went through without a hitch this morning! Well, there was a minor scare (with the bank, of course) but that was quickly rectified (after telling them what they should of already known!).
But who really cares, cause, the house is finally ours and we're moving in!!!!

WALK THROUGH
We had our walk through this morning and we are soooooooo happy. The quality of work is fantastic and there were only a couple of small things which needed rectifying. And even by the time we left there workmen there onto it. I've read a lot of forums about how bad Plantation are and how many problems people have with them but to be honest they have wonderful and I would have to say that I have never experienced such great customer service EVER.
Anyway, settlement is booked in for this Friday ... so ... North Lakes ... here we come!!! Yay :-)
