Signing of Contract
After some complications purchasing land seperately from Stockland at the beginning of the year we canned that idea and decided to go with a house and land package. We found our perfect home with Plantation Homes which lucky for us wasn't one of their standard 3 house and land package homes. So we're lucky to get a unique home :) presuming they don't use our design for future homes :)
